Returns and refunds
Because soap is a personal-care item, opened or used bars cannot be returned. We still make damaged, incorrect, or missing orders right.

If we shipped the wrong product, we will replace it or refund the affected item after review.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer responsibility unless the error was ours.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times vary by provider.
Gift cards, opened soap, custom gift notes, and limited holiday bundles may be final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
